• If an event is cancelled before the match begins, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Bets may be voided due to network delays during live betting.
• Sports event results will be determined based on the official results issued by the relevant sports authority.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the abc9 platform:

• Betting using match fixing or insider information.
• Exploiting loopholes in bonus terms to gain an unfair advantage.
• Managing multiple accounts or using third-party accounts.
• Using automated bots or scripts to place bets.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal transactions.
• Attempting to hack or manipulate abc9's system or software.

Abc9 may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information.
• Upon detection of suspicious transactions or signs of fraudulent activity.
• At the player's own request (self-exclusion).

If any valid funds remain in the account at the time of closure and no rules have been violated, abc9 will endeavour to return those funds.
